Vegan Farmer — Restaurant in Eugene

Discovered this gem of a vegan food truck last night hoping to find a good plant-based meal without going too far out of my way before heading back to Salem! Wow! It was just what I have been wanting to find in Eugene. The food was fresh, organic and reasonably priced, and I learned that much of it is grown on the owner's organic farm nearby! There was a great selection of healthy, plant-based meals to choose from and even though it was almost 8 pm, most options were still available. There is a beautiful garden adjacent to the truck on the same lot, so I enjoyed wandering around, admiring it all and taking photos during the short wait for my meal to be prepared. I sat at a picnic table watching the hummingbirds flitting around the flowers while chatting with the gardener who created this little patch of paradise. I will definitely return anytime I need a freshly-prepared, healthy all-vegan, alll-natural meal...

Definitely left alot to hope for, had the tofu scramble, burrito, salad, smoothie, and cheese burger, No taste on the tofu it was like eating raw tofu, the salsa helped a little bit. But not really much, I asked for extra salt they said they didn't had any. I don't know of any restaurant that doesn't have salt, that they were out. With a weird mean attitude, ontop of it the smoothie taste gross. The cheese sandwich was way to condimented like had lots of nutritional yeast. Every bite was a bit of a wake up call, haha. Salad was delicious and fresh, but they give you barely any dressing.

Never eating here again. Unless they adjust their menu, and costumer service is better.

I brought my parents here, I'm always having them try plant-based food while their with me and they loved their Buddha Bowl and Impossible burger. I had a grilled cashew cheeze sandwich and paired it with their daily special, which was a beet-based risotto with a side salad, it was fantastic! Tasted very fresh and I felt great after, you can tell they use quality ingredients and care about the food they make.
