I’ve been a shopper at this particular Target for years and this was the first time I experienced a bad shopping experience at this Target. I was in the Electronic section of the store and I was looking for a new cell phone case. The one I was looking at was the Velvet Cavier IPhone 16 Pro Max Case and in the display case that displayed that the phone case was on Clarence for $19.99 instead of the original price of $39.99. I asked for assistance to a store associate to unlock the case so I can get the phone case. When I walked up to check out and scanned my items, the phone case came up as 39.99 instead of the Clarence price that it stated when I was in Electronics. I work in Retail myself and I know what it means to give great customer service to your customers especially when you see a Clearance price marked for an item that you’d like to have changed. The sales associate Sonya is always so nice and helpful every time I’m in this Target. I asked Sonya for a price change for the $19.99 and she had to call for a Supervisor for assistance. IT’S a $20 difference to mark the item down. They weren’t willing to give me the Clarence price that is CLEARLY MARKED for this product in the Display Case in Electronics Case. I’m kinda disappointed that I wasn’t given great customer service from the Supervisor who didn’t offer to change the price for me.

Target at lead tonight wasn’t playing with the seeder side of Eugene’s chronic theft problem. They were stopping tweekers at the door tonight and being effective. They need to ban back bags and you can tell right away who is stealing. We have a major drug problem in this country and Fentenyal along with meth is a dangerous combination. But there is a certain amount of comedy in watching the abusive unhoused actually fart and belch as a form of thank you to the overworked Target staff right before they exit their favorite emergency exit. Also the store has problems in keeping their things in stock with certain exceptions like morern Disney funko pops which the store has in abundance as you can see below the overstocking of Captain Marvel and race swapped Little Mermaid.

Sold out of school supplies, but of course I had to wait until the last day. Some of the checkers are pretty chatty when you're in a hurry and I'm tired of being pitched on signing up for a target credit card. I do like the addition of the grocery section and most of the employees seem to be pretty nice although they are understaffed during some pretty busy hours. My granny wagons loves to buy her bra's here because this is one of the few places they sell 30G's. She loves the Lemon Socks brand. Sometimes parents don't mind rude and obnoxious kids like the ones in the attached pics. These booger eaters were touching everything.

I used to love shopping at Target but I have been extremely frustrated lately. While shopping many things in the store are advertised as on sale and the discounted price is posted at the item. So you think you will pay that price at the cash register but you won’t unless you are using the target app. Who knows how long I have been shopping there assuming I was getting the sale price on various items when I actually was not.

Target has made shopping overly complicated. One day I ask the cashier about getting the posted sale price for a few items. I download the app. Enter my phone number and I got the sale pro for three out of four items that I thought were on sale. Okay, whatever, it kinda worked.

Next time while shopping I see a toy that I want to get for my kid for Christmas at a really great price. Awesome. I remember that I probably have to do something with the app at the cash register in order to get the discount. So I point it out to the cashier. She has me use my phone to scan the item. It shows the discount and she manually changes the price.

So I ask what I need to do to make sure I am only paying the prices posted in the store. The cashier tells me that I should scan EVERY SINGLE ITEM in my cart with the app on my phone to make sure I am getting the lowest price. WHAT!? that’s annoying. I am shopping with kids I can’t realistically do that.

Then it turns out that she couldn’t even sale me the toy at the discounted price. The price advertised below the toy in the store! What? A manager comes over and tries to change the price. Still doesn’t work. They had to clear my order and re scan everything I was buying three times before they finally figured out how to give me the discount on the toy. The price marked below the toy in the toy isle.

Why has Target made shopping so complicated?!

You probably are not paying the sale price you think you are. Who has time or energy to mess with the app while shopping and then double check the price of each sale item at the cash register? I usually shop with kids and there is always someone in line behind me. I am very annoyed with how complicated things have gotten at Target. I don’t even want to shop there anymore and I was...

Recently stopped in to do a little shopping. Make my selections and went to check out. Wasn't feeling like having to do self checkout and usually there is at least one check stand open. There was only one young lady standing at a register but the light on the sign wasn't on. Asked if she was open, expecting her to say yes as there were no others up front, but she promptly stated "No" and said I needed to use self checkout. I was annoyed by that point, made a quick check of the things I needed and proceeded to self checkout. Same young lady was apparently managing the self checkout area. I noticed a couple of the eggs in the carton I selected were cracked. Let the young lady know who look them out of my hand and walked away. I asked if she could ask someone to bring up the other carton and she again said no. Said she couldn't do that and said I could just go get them myself. Yes I do know I could do that myself. Usually things like this aren't a problem for a well adjusted adult but seeing as how Target's customer service is usually stellar, this upset me a lot. Considering Walmart is right across the street, I will be doing my shopping there from now on. I don't need to pay a premium for someone to treat me like a child. Walmart is all too happy to do that...
