I love thier chocolate but the store in West Eugene needs to get it together. The first time I went there a couple years ago a couple of the chocolate's that I got were old and the oil tasted rancid. Valentines day the place was pretty cleaned out. I got a couple truffles and went back 2 days later thinking maybe they had stocked back up. Nope! It was almost completely empty. I bought the last hazelnut and Grand Manier truffles because we did enjoy the these two I had purchased on Valentines day. Got home and neither were the right truffles. $6.50 for two truffles you would want what you ordered. So if the owner is reading this you really need to address your West Eugene store. Euphoria Chocolate is by far the most delicious candy spot in Eugene. The problem is it caters to a specific clientele. If you are willing to pay $16.00 for a medium size bag of small brightly colored foil wrapped plain milk chocolate then you will find it here. The 50% off table has the leftovers from the last holidays foil and chocolate mold shaped candy. For a $1.00 you can get a sample size bag with two pieces of shape molded chocolate. (The weight is probably the same as two Hershey kisses.) They have a small bulk wall for those who want to play around with their choices. They have a sample of each of the bulk items. We had a dipped vanilla ice cream and a Kona chocolate with almonds all over the outside. You can choose different toppings to have on your chocolate dipped ice cream. They usually have frozen bananas dipped in chocolate that you could have toppings on as wellbut it was very late in the day and they had run out. This was the first time we had gone to this place and the chocolate on the ice cream was very excellent. It is a candy store in that there are lots of truffles and different types of chocolates prepared into different bite-sized candies. They did have some chocolate bars as well.
