Having had bought multiple things from Aaron’s, I really hate to write this. I believe it started with buying an iPad. My tablet had just broke and my husband went and bought an iPad, he was told it was brand new, just a floor model. Except it didn’t come with a charger? Made no sense. Honestly, I’m almost 100% sure it was used. Then we had given our old washer and dryer away, to get new ones. Did all the paperwork for a brand new washer and dryer, also floor model but that’s cool. A washer and dryer on the floor with nothing plugged in doesn’t make a difference. As we are loading said washer and dryer, the manager assisting us mentioned that it actually was used. Okay, terrific timing there, already went through the trouble of loading it and then decide to tell us. That’s not sketchy at all. So we get it home, about two months later it breaks. They bring us a loaner and take ours and fix it. All good. About three months after that, it breaks again. At that point we decided it is not worth our time to pay for something that was supposed to “never be used” and returned them. David, the manager, was who assisted us on both purchases. Called the Leesburg location because my refrigerator died. Told them about my urgency and was told come in...we will help you. My experience was I was jerked around and then told I would be getting a refrigerator on Thursday....4 days later. Unacceptable. Amber and John just wanted to make a sale. The appliances were dirty and nasty. John had no manners....was filling out a firm and he didn't even say excuse me when he looked under the sheet to see if there was a document. He simply stated fill this out....not telling me why I had to fill out the another form. Who does this?

Went to the Eustis location. Serviced by Bill and Marvin. Extremely professional and really wanted to help. The entire process was seamless. They valued my time. Nevertheless, I got the refrigerator and it was delivered the same day!!!! Thank you Eustis...

Litrally the most disrespectful aarons my wife brought a loveseat and mattresses found roaches in it also when they delivered it a couple months back the main truck driver was disrespecting that young black kid i forgot his name but just straight disrespectful I don't know if that Shane guy is racist or what but for any future black employees...
