Mathew is a superb mobile PC troubleshooter who comes to your location. I had a failed boot drive on my main PC and he came over and performed very quick troubleshooting from memory to rebuild my failed NVMe boot drive and clone it as a backup. He identified several configuration errors (I had made) and fixed them, updated drivers, and even fixed the noisy fan in a laptop cooler. I have lots of prior experience building a computer and configuring them, but my decision to have him fix some long lasting problems was vey good luck.
