At 2:05pm I was in line with my husband waiting to place our order. There was one person ahead of us but as he moved we walked forward but someone cut the line. My husband said he told this person there's a line. His response was I was in line and continued to order. The person behind the counter, Bryan, took his order and did not respond to the line cutting. Then when we ordered our coffee, venti dark roast with no room. Bryan responded that they no longer brew that at this time and ask they have is Pikes. My husband responded with "I'm ordering dark roast and would like my dark roast". Bryan once again responded that there isn't any but they have Pike. Our response was, we do not like Pike and would like our dark roast. That's when he said ok it'll be pour over. No problem! Now as we wait for our coffee to be made, what do we see?! The person who argued with us as to who was in line first go to back to put an apron on!!! This LINE CUTTING RUDE PERSON WORKS THERE!!! ALL EMPLOYEES HEARD THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN HIM YOU HUSBAND AND THE EMPLOYEE AND DID NOTHING!!! Never have I witnessed that before, but that was not right on many aspects. On top of that, it took 20 minutes to make our coffees!! They could have brewed a new pot of dark roast in that time. Another issue is that the drive through had a dark roast order too and the barista said there wasn't any, this person at the window tools her to give then Pike because that's their dark roast now. New review as of September 7th. Today I stood in line and everyone ( employees looked at me. ) no one said ok.. odd but not rude. Then after a few min someone comes out the back Ana and takes my order. Mind you it's empty in here. It's me and another person. The drive through is not even busy. And now they got my order wrong. I gotta go. I have updated this review 3 times. When I started it was a 5 star review, then a 4 then a 3 now a 2. Every 2 mistakes a take away a star every 2 get rights I add a star. Today Sunday the 23rs 2022. I asked my wife to get me an Ice caramel mach. With oat milk. They didnt have oat milk ,No worries and they said they added almond milk. However I am lactose intolerant. Read moreIf there are other options, I would recommend avoiding this Starbucks. Today, I encountered a male staff member whose attitude was exceptionally rude and condescending. My 8-year-old son initially ordered a lemonade with strawberries, and it was only when I asked if it contained caffeine that he reluctantly confirmed it did. Shouldn’t it be the staff’s responsibility to proactively inform us when a child orders a caffeinated drink?
Additionally, I ordered an iced coffee but was served a hot one instead. This could have been easily corrected, but when I pointed out the mistake, he curtly asked whether I wanted 'iced water' or 'iced coffee' instead of simply fixing the issue. His expression remained hostile throughout the entire interaction, and there wasn’t even a simple apology, making me feel as if I was the one at fault.
