Fusion Spa and Salon — Local services in Evansville

I went to Fusion for the first time yesterday hoping to find a hairdresser that I could be an established client with, well let me tell you..I will not be returning. I wanted a simple haircut and style, the lady I had my appointment with was VERY unpersonable, kept making rude remarks about how my 9 month old daughters stroller was in her way (she wanted to be close to me because she was tired and ready for a nap at this point), and did not listen to what I was wanting at all. I told her I wanted my hair cut to shoulder length (my hair was to my mid back), showed her a couple pictures of some ideas and then she began CHOPPING my hair before I could tell her that I wanted my hair still long enough to go into a ponytail. This was a straight hour and ten minutes of hell. After leaving I got into my car and cried because of how unhappy I am with my hair. To say the least, I will not be returning and I am very upset of the price I paid for this horrible haircut. If I could give my rating zero...

I purchased a gift certificate for my significant other to get a massage and facial (the "Introduction" package). The package itself was $90 so I included $25 extra to allow for tipping. When she was finally able to go to the spa (for her birthday) they would not allow the extra money to be used for tipping. This makes absolutely no sense because I've already given them said money, I don't see how it would be any different than tipping a server leftover money from a giftcard. If it were me I would have left them no tip whatsoever but lucky for them my girlfriend is very kind. Overall she was happy with the experience and enjoyed her massage and facial but I was upset that she ended up having to pay with her own money for a tip as this was supposed...

After three days on a father/son cross-country motorcycle trip, we started day four with a pre-ride massage to get the kinks out of our muscles. Wow! What a difference!!! I walked out of there feeling like I could have ridden straight to Miami directly from the spa's parking lot. We rode hard today in our efforts to get back home before the big storm hits. Thanks to the amazing treatment we received this morning, we rode longer and harder than we have to date. At the end of today's leg, we got off the bikes feeling in better shape than we have previously. This spa's staff know what they are doing! They are artists in the skill. They made these two biker dudes feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend. Special...
