Door locked on arrival. Waited 35min past the time they were supposed to open per hours listed here and on the door. Finally called customer service when no one answered the number for this location. They contacted regional manager and he advised that someone was supposed to be there already. They apologized for the inconvenience. Not sure how this helps me having driven over 40min to pick up some shorts and a couple t shirts…but whatever.

AMAZING! The staff here are all so helpful, and eager to get you fit right. Never fails we leave this store happy. Shout out to the ASM Bethany for always welcoming us with a smiling face & getting us the best bang for our buck. Also, store manager Justin, YOU FREAKING ROCK DUDE! He helped us get something ordered & shipped just in time for our event. One last shout out to Sadye Michaels for getting our alterations done in a timely manner, and making them look great. We will not shop anywhere else for our big & tall needs! This is an all around awesome store...

My exact sizes were not available in more than 2 items in the dress clothes. I have been trying to shop there for 6 months or better ? They are blaming blaming in on shipping containers being held up ? I love the products but could only purchase a couple of pieces, I ended up at other stores buying items of less or quality or poor fit. I had to purchase else where after 6 months...
