I ha e had a lot of problems with this. As per store over the years. Just today I bought 94.00 worth of black gold compost in bags. Half of them were wet from sitting in the sun or snow melt. This causes the compost to get anaerobic and bad smelling, and I am supposed to put this on my garden? Their compost should be under cover out of the elements to prevent this out of thing. Several years back I bout some alfalfa bails to mulch my garden in fall, come to find out it was sprayed with herbicide and I had to rake it off and take it to the land fill. Trying to garden organically and clean in Casper is a. It joke. I will have to look for other alternatives elsewhere, I refuse to put nasty wet compost...

Had an awesome interaction with a customer service agent, Fredrick today. I accidentally purchased the wrong size of jeans, and when I tried calling the store, I was greeted rudely. Seemed like they weren't interested in answering any of my questions about their return policy.

Fredrick, however, not only explained the return policy, but checked the inventory at the store for me, and went through the different brands that were available. Fredrick is the reason that I will be a return customer at Murdoch's....

My husband and I have been in several times. He complained once about the gals at checkout and the next time we went in they were better. Just went in Saturday and the gal at checkout was awful. Couldn't bother to get off the phone to ring us up and if we hadn't said thank you she would have made it through the whole transaction without saying a word to us.
