Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Evansville

My family and I love this restaurant! I originally found this place because I was looking for a Banh mi sandwich, which they have and it's good. Since then we have tried a couple of their other dishes. My kids love the Beef Noodle Soup (Pho) and get it almost every time. My husband and I can't stop getting the grilled chicken & vermicelli noodles (sometimes with the grilled shrimp). I crave it! Also, the egg roll that comes with it is delicious! We keep meaning to branch out and try some of their other dishes, but we love this one so much! We eat here about every other week. The owner is very kind and it's a nice low key atmosphere. I've been here a couple of times and every time the whole experience is amazing. The dining room is much more spacious than it seems from the outside, and has been impeccably clean both times I have visited. The food is always fresh and tastes incredible. The prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider how much food you get. I've had to take half of my meal home both times. This restaurant unfortunately has no sense of customer service. I drove an hour to visit this restaurant. I arrived and was seated prior to two other parties of three. The waitress went over to them to take their drink orders and delivered their drinks prior to delivering mine. She also took their orders prior to taking mine. When she brought my water, she brought no straw. A few minutes later while passing by, she dropped an open straw inside my water with her dirty hands. This was utterly disrespectful.
