Went there to find shells. I called first and the owner of confirmed that they have shells and advices to go to the store and tell the lady there that Cindy sent me and I am looking for shells. From the moment I walked in, I was received with some weird facial expressions. Every time I ask a question she made a gesture of being annoyed. I ignored all that and asked her to bring the shells that was placed on the top shelf. I liked three out of the four I saw and asked for the price. They were $ 29.9 each which is over priced to start with. Those should not exceed $15. But when I asked if she can give me a discount, first she said she can’t so I asked her to call the owner and request a discount. All those interactions were with her angry gestures. So finally the owner agreed to give me some discount. After me paying her in cash, she told me that she doesn’t like to deal with people like me asking for discounts. I think the lady was so rude and not professional. She has zero customer service and not respectful. I advised her to do some meditation to help herself and her customers. Avoid this...

We are pretty much never in this area but thought we'd stop by because a few other people told us about it. The location is bad and there are many people on drugs that were bothering us on our way in and on our way out. Bartells across the street was just as bad and so was the Safeway about a block away.

There were 5 of us there ready to buy stuff but the owner was not there and had somebody sit there as we did our shopping. It's too bad because the owner sounded really sweet over the phone. She was supposed to come back right away but did not. When we were all ready to purchase the guy behind the counter could not work the register so we had to wait. I walked out because he wasn't wearing a mask. Everyone else I was with waited 15-20 minutes and just end up leaving. I believe my wife was the only one that got her stuff and gave the man behind the counter more than enough money to cover everything she was...

They only have a store in this area! Everybody needs to come to check out this piece of ALOHA! AUNTIE who owns this shop is most friendly (Kama Aina) sweet and helpful it makes me feel Like I'm talking to my family and how about you lay in Hawaii there is plenty of Aloha in this joint! Anybody from the island or not at least check it out I promise you won't be disappointed and let me tell you the food ONO Oishi!!!! The LAU LAU is amazing they have REAL PORTUGUESE SAUSAGE WHEW PLUS and the MAOCHI is to die for!!!!!
