They are always so nice here. The ladies are super cute and nice! Big meat portions! They do not usually put the teriyaki sauce on your meat. It is in a container on the side. If you like a lot of sauce make sure to order an extra sauce when ordering your food. But this is the only place I really order teriyaki at. Always too good. Can never finish the entire order of food and I can eat good. So it is a generous helping! I usually order a chicken teriyaki or the chicken and gyoza, (which has it's own sauce) or I'll get a chicken and pork teriyaki when I feel like mixing it up( which comes with a spring roll). My friend always orders the Mongolian Beef. It is the only place I go for teriyaki because it never disappoints, friendly service, and always a snack for later due to sufficient serving size! So...

I remember when Oishiis first opened. The owners then were more personable and got to know their customers on first name basis. Their curry was amazing, and yakisoba done to perfection. New owners have added alot more to the menu that's for sure but it's not as personable, especially when she gets on her microphone to simply speak to you at the window. Curry isn't as good and yakisoba with green peppers... not my thing. Yet their teriyaki is huge and big enough to feed two people. Gyoza is really good as well. I'm not knocking the new owners. They've definitely done very well, I'm just stating my opinion and personal observations between old and new owners. Still get alot of food for your buck and it's still the best damn...

OISHI Teriyaki, a modest takeout restaurant on Broadway in Everett, is a local institution. I've lived in the area for over 30 years and make a point to come here when running errands in Everett. I've tried most of the items on the menu over the years, but my favorite is the spicy chicken mushroom with garlic. The others posts are spot on. The food is consistently delicious. Very satisfying. You can easily get two meals out of what is served or stuff yourself in one go if you are very hungry. It is family owned. The faces have changed over the years, but the service and food quality have remained consistently very high. STRONGLY recommended. A true mom and pop place that I feel makes the food with love for cuisine and...

Neat place. I used to go here a lot when I was younger and I remember the food being a lot better. I got a W4 (General Tso's chicken). I should have stuck with Teriyaki chicken. Their General Tso's was not good, and I could only eat a little before I couldn't take it anymore. The chicken was weirdly stringy, and you don't need to drown any in whatever that sauce was folks. Oof. The rice and salad were good though. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and the rice was the perfect amount of sticky for chop sticks. If you want to try this place, stick with standard fair Teriyaki food, I think you'll be fine.

First of all, are you kidding me?? I’ve lived in this area for over a year and a half and haven’t found this delicious spot yet? The portions are HUGE, with equal parts rice to tofu/meat (and they have super hearty brown rice!) I’ve had a lot of teriyaki and this place takes the cake for flavor. Hands down. The sauces aren’t too sweet or salty and you don’t need much. The service was excellent and very competitive prices. I can see why they keep get nominated for best teriyaki in Everett. If you haven’t tried this place, please do yourself a loving favor and try it. Your money will be WELL spent.

disappointed 😞 service was fast, food was fast. I ordered the beef teriyaki and spicy chicken. First impressions of the Beef teriyaki was, where is the teriyaki sauce? They just gave me a little cup of it on the side. Nothing on the meat. Then I noticed that 50% of the meat was fat! 🤮 I mean I get a little bit here and there but this was alot! And the spicy chicken was chopped up chicken with a drizzle of chilli oil on top. now I have had my fair experience of teriyaki places and this one is by far the worst yet! I paid way too much for this food as well. I would not recommend
