Update: their coffee has definitely gotten better! Nice creamy lattes! The several times Iā€™ve gotten a latte, thereā€™s barely any foam and it collapses and disappears. Iā€™ve asked for extra foam but even then the latte foam doesnā€™t last. I believe there might be an issue with how they are warming the milk and maybe itā€™s not reaching the correct temperature. Even if the foam disappears itā€™s not a creamy latte, itā€™s more flat. The staff is very nice though and work so well and quickly.

5 āœØ = exceeds my expectations. The barista on duty was picking up someone else's shift. She gave me the impression that she might be new to working a coffee stand (or just new to that one I couldn't quite say for sure), but her emotional intelligence was off the charts! Even though she had never made the drink I requested, she nailed itšŸ‘ She was okay with not knowing, because she just followed the recipe in the packet posted, inside the stand,with all the other recipes. Plus, I could tell she was going to give it her very best try. She seemed like someone who gave over 100% in all that she does. More people need to take some self-worth ideas out of this lovely person's playbook: 'just because one doesn't know how to do something, doesn't mean you shouldn't give it your absolute best try!' So I looked at the reviews and figured this place would be great. Its Not. She was more interested in the guy that came after me on the other side. Which I guess is what kept confusing her with his comments and hers on how my coffee isnt what they wanted and so on. I didnt really mind until I paid and got the coffee to find she didnt make my coffee or she gave me someone else's coffee. She seemed very confused, Either way it doesn't taste good and is not what I ordered. Maybe instead of focusing on the next customers "she was making mine and his and the car that was behind me, a regular customer at the same time", she could focus on just one at a time.
