WOW. I cannot praise the Grainger team enough, especially the Everett team. We had a plumbing emergency (a well pump capacitor went out) the day before Thanksgiving when over 50 family members would be on site. They had no running water. Living out on Whidbey Island, we didnât have local options to get the part. While my husband raced to the ferry in hopes we could locate the part somewhere in Everett, I jumped on the phone and started making calls. The only one who had it was Grainger, but they closed at 4:30 and my husband was on the 4pm Clinton/Muk boat. He wasnât going to get there in time.
Kevin and his team came in clutch. They went above and beyond to make sure the capacitor they had in stock would work for us, they took my payment over the phone, and worked hard to make sure we could successfully get the needed part that day.
