I just got my new Sebo Automatic X4 from Everett Vacuum Sales and Service. First off let me say that the men at Everett Vacuum are about the best guys you can come across, I've had a relationship with this store for several years and I'm always so impressed with Mike and Dave's customer service, and genuineness. They are knowledgeable, honest, upstanding small business owners and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my vacuum and carpet/floor needs. So when my husband and I decided we needed a new vacuum cleaner there was no question about where we would go. No big box stores for us!!!! When I tested out my vacuum before purchase the first two things I noticed about the Sebo is how quiet it was and how it practically glided across the floor, no pushing, it really does the hard work for you. When I got it home I also noticed how narrow it is making it easy to get into small corners, under small tables etc. the hose and brushes are great, especially for use on my stairs. I also really like the look of it, its a black machine and has a very sleek polished look about it. I am so glad I made this purchase I have heard amazing things about this machine and am so happy I have one of my own. If you are in the market for anythings having to do with floor cleaning I highly recommend Everett Vacuum...

Absolutely amazing experience here and should this business be around for a few more decades, I am definitely coming back for my future vacuum purchases!

When I stopped by on a Saturday, they were so knowledgeable to show my vacuum options that met my needs within a range of price points (they did NOT just try to sell me their most expensive vacuum!). I ended up calling later after taking some time to think of which vacuum color I wanted, and the gentleman’s (who I met the Saturday prior) wife was expecting my call since her husband mentioned I’d be calling in. I was honestly so impressed with the communication! I ended up ordering the Sebo K3 in pastel pink through them which was actually cheaper than buying straight from Sebo themselves, and it came about a week later— PLUS with this model I was able to trade in an old vacuum to get a discount. The experience paying and picking up took less than 5 minutes— smooth and easy. Vacuum works great for a two story home with two shedding cats.

If you want to support a local family owned business and an stress-free vacuum shopping experience with knowledgeable people, go here! I hope the business will stick around for decades because I plan to be back when I’m ready for my next vacuum years down...

Update: I just had to revisit, because one of the prongs on the plug became loose and smoke was coming out!

The service was as excellent as I remembered. I called first, and David, who answered, identified the problem right away. I brought it in, and the problem was fixed in ~20 minutes. They are a lifesaver!

In 2018, over one weekend, the switch on my Shark Navigator went bad and would not work. I was not happy as it was relatively new, and I didn't want to shop for a new one in a hurry. And the Shark support page was less than helpful.

On a chance, I searched for repairs on Yelp and came across Everett Vacuum. What a lifesaver! After I dropped it off, David gave me a call to explain the issues and walk me through some options. He made sure to order the closest match - Shark doesn't sell replacement switches - so I wouldn't lose any of the functionalities. Both gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
