Everett Firefighters Hall — Attraction in Everett

If your plans are to use this for anything other than quiet prayer than don’t bother! I had requested to reserve the venue for my daughters sweet 16 birthday party. Mostly family and some of her closest friends. I wanted to have a dinner with a possible dj later for just a couple hours for the kids. Without asking any questions, Dave replied to my booking request with “I don’t think this will be the right fit for that kind of wear and tear.” I don’t know what he’s expecting 16 year olds with a majority of adult family are going to be doing. I have been to a wedding reception there, with kegs and food and a DJ and smoking and dancing and our little party wouldn’t be near the “wear and tear” of a wedding reception. I pleaded my case and asked him to reconsider. (There’s not many venues in the area for this price) and he won’t even respond. Even after saying he’d help find an alternate in his orgiginal response. My daughter is an A student, in honors, cheers with the Everett fire chiefs daughter and was taught to respect things that aren’t hers! Now I’m scrambling to find a venue for under $500 and am coming up flat. My daughter may not get the surprise party I had envisioned. Very disappointing to...
