I had ordered uber eats buy 1 get one free... 2 burritos 2 bowls... but the burritos were missing.. when i aske the driver... she said theybgave me the bag saying that's everything. they didn't put the burritos in the bag just packed the bowls... all im charged for it and when I called panchero the guy on the phone said it not our problem... so unprofessional.. I could share pics of the food and receipts. Its not about the refund or anything else it's about uborder for the family and the people dont get their food... And the guys handling the business like he doesn't care losing a customer or take responsibility to see that the food is packed or delivered... so disappointing... instead of making an attempt to make it up or fixing it the right way... he just said it's not...

We get food from Pancheros at least twice a week when i work late and don’t have time to cook! The staff is very friendly and nice. Hilda the manager is the best!!!!!! She knows exactly what we get and is such a sweetheart always with warm and a friendly smile to everyone. She’s a great worker that speaks very highly of this establishment, everything is clean and runs very smoothly and the best part is the food is amazing! All of my neighbors we love to go to Pancheros because we know Hilda and the staff are amazing and i hope the owners know they have a great team and an amazing Manager Hilda, good workers are very hard to come by. Read moreFirst of all, let me say that I love Pancheros and my boyfriend and I eat here all the time. These past 2 times that we've ordered takeout, our food has come late. The first time it was about 15 minutes late. Today I had an order set to be delivered at 12, and it's over half an hour later and I still haven't received it. This is apparently because an order was set to be delivered at the same time 20 minutes away in the opposite direction. It's very annoying, and I don't think this is fair to the drivers or the customers. I don't like to freak out on anyone because I know what it's like to work in food service.
