I just had such a great experience with Jersey Craft Exteriors. I reached out for an estimate for fence installation, they came the very next day at the time I requested. I asked when’s the soonest they could install and they said in a week which was great as all the other places were 2-6 weeks out. They sent me an estimate the next day and it was nicely presented. I said I was waiting for more estimates and I would get back to them. I had concerns with our neighbor so I had some questions regarding install and they willingly came back in a couple days (and they came from far away and we have terrible traffic in our area) just to answer those questions and gave me reassurance.

I have a bit of an anxiety and am always skeptical about contractors that I simply had doubts, especially since they were just too nice and honestly sounded too good to be true (price was really good and the fact that they could basically install right away). I thought I was being scammed. So that alarmed me a little bit that I actually signed another contract with someone else. When I told them this, Arber worked really hard to get me back. I felt terrible for doing that because we already kind of agreed on a day and all and he actually had started arranging everything for my fence installation (ordered materials and everything) so I felt even worse. He then gave me an even better deal that would help me feel more secure about choosing them that I just couldn’t say no to. They really wanted to do my fence. And that’s when all my anxiety went away and decided to cancel the contract with the other place and chose them instead.

Fast forward to installation. Arber really worked with me and had my fence installed the day that I requested. They delivered the materials the night before. Workers came first thing in the morning and worked hard all day till almost 6pm. They were very skillful and really knew what they were doing. There was just a missing post so they had to come back to finish the last gate which wasn’t an issue. They even came back on a Sunday (Easter) to finish the job which was greatly appreciated. My fence looks amazing (even better than my neighbor’s)!

The team did a great job on our project - from the beginning through completion they were super professional and really brought our ideas to life. They put in a new asphalt driveway for us and installed Belgian blocks, and they also repaired our porch, giving it a new surfacing and paint, and installed a fence with a gate on it so we can enjoy the porch with our dog. It came out great! We loved the initial rendered images they shared as part of their proposal and quote, and the final results looked very much like the proposal. The guys worked very hard day in and day out, and we could see all the attention to detail in everything they did.

They were always very communicative and friendly - answered all of our questions very promptly, and responded to all of our feedback to make sure the results were exactly what we wanted. They also accommodated us through some very severe weather, and in any cases if we had any concerns they responded promptly and addressed our issues.
