What an incredible session we had with Carlos! Nearly three weeks ago, my best friend and I shared a truly magical day. We started with a road trip to NoVa, weaving in and out of thrift stores along the way, building excitement as we approached our appointment times.

Originally, I thought we’d have back-to-back individual sessions, but to our delight, we were able to have our readings together. He brought through my mother with stunning clarity: her name, her cause of passing, and deeply personal validations that no one could have known—the rings and necklace tucked away in my bag, our shared love for Sam Elliott, and even the unassuming watch I was wearing during the session. I made an appointment with Carlos based on his great reviews for my mom's birthday who recently had a close relative pass away. Carlos was very patient and flexible when scheduling the appointment and overall seemed like a nice person. The reason for the 1-star rating is because during the 50-minute session, nothing he said applied to us at all. We've been to other mediums and psychics whose readings were at least 20% accurate, yet Carlos was far off and was 100% incorrect. We had very high hopes for his reading because of his reviews, yet some did mention having the same inaccurate, general readings. Every time Carlos would give a "reading" about a person he sees, my mom told him that it's incorrect, then he would hesitate and keep guessing different general answers. For example, whereas the people who passed in our family were all male and passed due to extraneous reasons, Carlos would repeatedly guess a woman figure who died of ovarian cancer, then brain cancer, and so on. Everything he said was unfortunately completely false and very general. You'd have to feed him information, then he'd guess off of that. I don't understand what his other readings were like, but unfortunately, this was a waste of money and a bad present for my mom. We had high hopes for a true, accurate reading done by a professional medium, but it was far from it.
