I came here to buy a present for someone (abaya). I found something I liked in her size but the string tag was missing. All others had the string tag attached. When I asked for a new one with a tag since it was a gift, the man had the biggest attitude. He was extremely rude and started going on about how he doesnt sell used clothes and got his panties in a bunch. I simply wanted one with a tag since it was a gift. I try to support local muslim owned businesses whenever I can instead of ordering online but its sad when the customer service is so bad they cant handle a a simple question. Wont be going back.
To comment on his response: Firstly, I am the wife, my husband would never take the time to write a review. Perhaps if he didnt get so offended right away by a simple question, he would have understood why we were looking for a piece with a tag (since it was a gift). Before this, we had only asked if he had another piece in a particular size, otherwise we didnt ask so many questions as he is implying. Maybe theres a language barrier that he misunderstood as we never once said he sells used clothes, he came up with that interpretation on his own because we asked if he had one with a tag.
