I love this theater! I've been coming since I was a kid and there was only one screen. It's still wonderful.
The seats are so comfy! Total recline, spacious butt room, and soft, wide, padded arm rests for everyone. Believe me, these seats are more comfortable than sharing the sofa at home with a dog or another human.
If the movies weren't so good, I'd happily doze off for a cozy nap!
Snacks are the usual suspects for theater fare: overpriced candy and addictive, greasy, mediocre popcorn that is mysteriously delicious.
Go on Tuesday when tickets are less than half price (at the time of this review, they are $6), and you won't feel bad paying for the concession treats.
They always seem to get current hit movies, they keep the place clean and temperate, the employees are friendly and helpful, and they seem to be happy at work. Whatever is going on behind the screens, it's...
Read moreNew recliners and pick your seat when you buy a ticket are great. Offering of alcohol, and more items on snack stand menu is also a nice improvement. However, with new higher prices they should be able to upgrade bathroom which now has the soap dispenser hanging from the back of the door. Also, new employees really do try harder, and are nicer, but are not trained properly. There's always mass confusion about if the person selling the ticket can also get your concessions and people swapped back n forth between lines. Employees don't work together as a team. They also have no sense of how to multitask. Like putting a pretzel in the oven, and then, getting the soda so it can fill up while the other is cooking. This adds to the already long wait. I love my local theater but they've never had their act together. Need an experienced manager to come in and set...
Read moreTerrible service and long chaotic lines every time I go now. Used to love this place, no more. Don’t care about the lounge seats, and you can’t tell from the chart when you choose that what looks like an aisle seat actually requires you walk in from the other end, as there’s a rail blocking. But the worst is the very long lines and not enough staff the last 3 times I’ve gone. Today (xmas eve), ticket sales were only inside, so there were two long lines (one for concessions) in a very small lobby - so just a big scrum. Very slow, after standing in a non-moving line for quite a while I gave up and went to another theatre. Too bad this place is terrible now, and stopped using...
