What I realized is that the vanilla honey lavender is much richer and more flavorful than the other three flavors I got, which were cardamon, olive oil and grasshopper. The only way I can explain this is that they have optimized their standard flavors for overall richness but are skimping on quality with many other flavors. The other three flavors were very clearly more icey and less creamy and less flavorful than the vanilla honey lavender. I also tried my friends matcha green tea which was also less flavorful, icier, and her chocolate was pretty good but not as good as the vanilla honey lavender, although it was creamier than all of the other flavors that were too icy. Just to be clear, this is a fatal culinary flaw in their ice cream and is totally unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Your vanilla and chocolate are not supposed to be way better than all of the other flavors in terms of creaminess and richness. This is very bad and let's not pretend that it doesn't matter and still give this place five stars. DELICIOUS! I love a good local company! This place HITS THE SPOT! The ice creams flavor wasn’t just magnificent, the texture to this ice cream was amazing. The cones as well were out of this world!
