I came into this store on 8/7 to shop and I really felt the need to share my experience because it was far from perfect. The lady working in the evening was by far the most rude and unpleasant employee I have ever met at any of the stores Ive been to in the area. Customers were coming in at 7:40 pm and greeted with “hi, you have 20 minutes.” I get it, you’re closing but being so rude and unwelcoming when there are still 20 minutes is really uncalled for.. and on top of that, using it as a greeting. A girl asked to use the fitting room and was told “ok, but you have a little over 20 minutes.” As soon as I left that store, I went straight to the one in Tysons (they close an hr later). The girls working there were incredible and treated everyone wonderfully, just like any other employee Ive interacted with in the past. Save your time and energy and just go to that location. At least you wont have to deal with rude employees...

If I could give this place no stars I would have . My best friend and I went in to look and the entire time we were in the store, the manager Karen was talking about numbers and sales that they needed to do for the week to make plan . We tried some things on and they were still talking about there sales goals. We got so fed up and disgusted with the the whole thing . We left and didnt buy anything . I did say something to her saying i am person not a dollar sign and she need to not talk about sales when customers are...

Had the most wonderful shopping experience here last week! To begin with I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager Karen, at first I was hesitant to ask for help finding the right sizes since it was my 1st time shopping there. She helped me with such ease! She brought me multiple styles and sizes to help me find the perfect pieces! I was extremely happy with the staple pieces I bought that day! Will definitely be back! My new favorite store! Million thanks to manger Karen who made me feel like a fashionista...
