I’m leaving this review based on a negative experience I had while picking up an Uber Eats order from this location. I frequently shop at Dick’s Sporting Goods and also deliver with Uber Eats. During this visit, I arrived to pick up an order under the name “Christopher,” which matched the information and order number on my phone.
Despite clearly showing both the name and order number—standard procedure for Uber Eats pickups—I was told by the employee assisting me that the customer needed to add me to their email in order for the order to be released. This requirement was unusual and confusing, as it’s not a standard practice in my delivery experience.
Out of the many orders I fulfill, simply presenting the name and order number has always been sufficient. This interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and, frankly, left me feeling as though I was being treated differently, potentially due to racial bias. As a result, I lost valuable time and the order itself.

Read moreGreat experience, I made a phone call to confirm an item was in stock before I made an online purchase for in-store pick up and I spoke with Anayis, and let me tell you, she was awesome. She went and confirmed that they did have the item I was looking for and she put it on hold for me. When I came in to pick up my item Anayis, once again was the one who helped me out and had great customer service, she welcomed me to the store with a smile and got my item to me and sent me in the direction to the glove steaming area. She is a great addition to your team. Hope to see her again next time in....
