My family and I used to go here for our pedicures faithfully and I’ll normally get a gel manicure. This time I wanted to try something different ( I clear acrylic set)

My pedicure was great but once it was time for my full set my experience went downhill fast with thee worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

I was assigned a person named “ANDY”, apparently he’s who is in charge. Once starting on my nails he says under his breath “ you must really hate your nails “ assuming that I didn’t hear him I removed my air pod and asked him to repeat himself.. I then explained that I love my nails but I wanted to try something different.. i then said that was very interesting that you would say that to a customer..

Andy’s body language over poured with irritation. After noticing Andy was not doing the shape as requested. I asked if he would like to look at the photo that I had again. He replied no, I said well that doesn’t make any sense ( I pulled the photo up) andy got upset and told me that he could not do the shape short and that I was wasting his time.

I replied no worries I can just wait until someone is finished and they can do my nails. He began to raise his voice and say “ yes wait on them” so I did quietly.. Andy then returned asked me for my hands(I assumed he was removing the work that he’s done) he cuts all the nails off and proceeded to kick me out.

And he tells me that everyone is busy and cannot service me. I tell him no worries I’ll leave his establishment, but ask if he can kindly remove the rest of the nails for my hands. He tells me I’m a waste of time and he’s not doing anything.

I raise my voice and told him he was wrong. Customer is watched apologetic with empathy and compassion trying to help me the best they could. Other workers try to help me the best they could. Gentleman named Tommy decided to remove the mess from my hands and apologize to me the entire time.

A woman that work there waited until Andy was no longer near. Met meme near my car to apologize to me.

This place isn’t worth it...

Thr first time I came in I was very happy. I paid 120 for a beautiful full set French tip get and pedi gel French. So I decided to come back for my nail fill. I was so disappointed this time. I paid way over the gel refil french tip price they have on their price list!!!! And I was there for almost 2 hours. I'm upset because finding a good nail tech with quality service and customer consideration is so difficult here and also becasue i did not get what i showed the tech. I showed my tech a picture of what I wanted done for a reason and she did something completely different and charged me for HER services. Also, she never reviewed prices with me. It's $5 for short nails, $5 for long nails, $10 to take off nails, $5 each nail replacement, $5 French tip and $5 gel when gel refill plus French tip is 45 together. I am very shocked at how the nail tech charged me per individual services. I will never come back to this place. And when people ask about it I'm going to surely express this fraudulent situation. They have good first time service but not continuous services from My experience with them. Word of mouth...

Spoke to the manager Huong, regarding my pedi services. Advised there was no difference in the regular vs Deluxe pedi. She said I got a scrub and that’s a part of the deluxe pedi, I told her I get the scrub with the regular pedi too. My sister in law got a regular pedi but her tech gave her a callous scrub which resulted in the same charged price for the both of us. In addition to that, they tried to charge my sister an additional $2 for using a CC/Debitto pay for both of our services, but when I told her to use the cash she had, I’d pay the fee for using my CC/Debit card for my services, they only charged me $1 fee. So they want to charge a $1 per transaction even though it’s just one bill and NO SIGNS OF THE TRANSACTION FEE WAS POSTED ANYWHERE. When I called to complain, she said I could come back to watch a video to see the difference in the regular vs deluxe pedi services. Really?? I’ve been there numerous times and usually get the regular pedi w/ gel polish to know if there was a difference or not and have referred a lot of friends, however after today, I don’t think I’ll...
