Vitamin Adventure — Local services in Fairfield

I used to come here at least once a month. I will never come back again after my last experience. I made a purchase actually a couple of purchases. I purchased the raw cleanse which is normally $43.30 with 50% off. I purchased two boxes. After trying the product for a couple of days I realized that I cannot stomach the powder formula. It was disgusting!!!!! I was told that if I was not happy with the product that I could simply return it. I would’ve been happy to exchange the product. The clerk asked the manager and the manager’s response was that they will not allow me to return or exchange the product since the items were clearance items. Mind you, that the receipt does not state anywhere about returns or exchange items..... and they should’ve honored my request for at least an exchange. I only had the product for less than a week. Now I am stuck with two boxes of this product and not able to use it which will probably end up in the trash. It is too bad that Vitamin Adventure in Fairfield, CA lost a good customer I’ve spent a lot of money there and will not...

Vitamin Adventure was the Vitamin Shoppe before the Vitamin Shoppe ever existed. While the Vitamin Shoppe may have some cheaper supplements and a more encompassing selection of body building products, this place still has one up on them. While you can find all the main bodybuilding supplements here, Vitamin Adventure focuses more on holistic products like vitamins, essential oils, and super foods. Not to mention their prices are just as cheap as any place. This place completely excels at its prospective focus. I have a reason to come here over Vitamin Shoppe. That's something I can't say for many supplement stores. Stay in business...

My favorite store to shop at. Marie is super knowledgeable and friendly. I come here with questions and she will do her best to answer. I met recently a new employee to me, Ms. America. This young lady is also very helpful and pleasant. I picked up on Tuesday Manuka honey for healing, Lemongrass and Eucalyptus Radiata for fresh air inside. I also picked up Black Seed and Food grade Hydrogen peroxide the one in the zip lock bag in the photo.

Today (Thursday) I popped in for 2 2 oz spray bottles and helped by Ms America. Excellent customer service...
