I don’t typically leave poor reviews, because as a business owner myself I understand how impactful they can be if they’re unfair. Unfortunately I had such an awful experience with this location I feel the need to let future customers know. I has an iPad fixed here years ago, and that was a solid experience so when my sons iPhone screen stopped working, I decided to give them my business again. The initial visit went well and though pricy, they were professional and assured me the part would fix the phone. Within about a week, the new screen went completely black and the phone would not turn on. Of course that was upsetting after spending $300, but the representative told me that sometimes “you just get a dud part, and it stops working.” He told me not to worry and that they would order a replacement screen. When I showed up, a different person took the phone and told me that the screen was “cracked” which voided the warranty and therefore they would need to charge me another $300! The phone was not cracked at all - there was a tiny scratch on the screen that was barely visible. There is absolutely NO way that could cause a screen to turn black and literally not turn on. Coincidentally days after they “repaired” it? I showed him my own iPhone which has a micro scratch 5 times the size of the one he pointed out - it’s simply common sense that this is normal wear and tear when you use a phone. Essentially, his position is that once you take the device if the part fails, it’s no longer their responsibility if it shows any sign of use. Which makes absolutely no sense. We’re not talking about months of use, the screen completely stopped working right after they repaired it! No offer was made to diagnose it or even check to see why the screen was black and not turning on. If it’s possible the part was defective why wouldn’t they want to confirm that before asking ME to pay another $300?! Terrible awful customer service, among the worst I’ve had in my life. Go to a different store for your repairs. Look at the photo attached - does the screen look “cracked” to you?

This place is very corrupt and dishonest. My grandsons new phone stopped working after a month, went there because the Samsung warranty department sent me here, they said warranty was voided because of a scuff on screen, photo included. Scuff is in corner according too them.

There's a kind lady who runs the desk, but she told us they'd keep us informed with any information about my fiancé's Switch. My fiancé has had to call numerous times for updates because they won't call to update him. Even a simple, "Hey, we're working on it but we're a bit behind" would've been nice. It's been 3 weeks since we handed it over to them, and they haven't even done diagnostics on it. He wants to play the new Pokémon game, but now he'll probably have to wait another month considering how slow this is going. If the receptionist wasn't so nice, I would've rated 1 star. We'll see how long it takes to get the Switch back. I'll update my review when we ACTUALLY hear back from them without us having to call.

Edit: I'm now giving uBreakiFix 1 star, and let me explain why. After 4 weeks of my fiancé's Switch being with them, they told him he'd basically have to pay around $250 to fix what needed fixing. He told them he wanted his Switch back, so we went and got it. A little after getting it back, he bought the needed parts on Amazon to fix it himself. The parts together only cost him around $24 and he fixed his Switch himself within an hour or two. He's not experienced in any sort of handheld electronics when it comes to fixing them, so we were stoked. It works perfectly, and we now know that uBreakiFix overcharges for their labor. We also know that getting the parts shouldn't have taken the 4 weeks it took them. A big waste of time if you ask me.

Now, let me add something else. When we received the Switch back, there was a sticker on the screen with a barcode for them to identify the Switch. We recently tried to get the sticker off and it left the adhesive on the screen. After my fiancé gave up trying to get it off, I had to meticulously scrub, scrub, and scrub some more to get the stickiness off of the SCREEN. You'd think they would put it on the back but no. We won't be coming back here and I suggest that you don't go here either.

Overall, uBreakiFix is overpriced, slow, and a big waste of time. Find somewhere else to fix your...

Awful costumer service. Heavier set gentleman w glasses and long hair needs intensive customer training and saw him mistreat not only myself but others. Was getting an extreme fix on my phone. Was told the phone had to be driven to another store after i was told it was fixed to be calibrated. They said it'd take 30 mins. An hour later I called back and they said they'd check in it and give me a call back. 40 minutes later when no call back was recieved I called bc i had to get back to work to be informed my phone was STILL not able to be completely fixed and had a temporary fix on it. When I asked of it was a different fix than the fix I agreed upon (completely fair question as it was an $400+ fix) he said yeah there's a magnet on it that will make it workk for now. So I asked again my unanswered question and he told me "sir, if your indirectly trying to ask me without asking me if you can have a discount i can only do 20$ that's all samsung will allow" which left me speechless... so I elaborated that I just wanted to know if it was the same fix or if it was different than what I agreed to, which is what seemed like I was being told. I just wanted more clarification but instead I was net with the exact same sentence and idk if it was racial profiling or if that man was having a bad week (as I experienced this over several days and there is more not included in this review) but I will avoid this store at all costs simply to avoid him. Though everyone else other than in both stores that I dealt with were very professional and quality work was EVENTUALY done on my phone, despite the consistent unprofessionalism I dealt with with with...
