Starbucks — Restaurant in Fairfield

I literally got arrested today because of Tahlia and other supervisor there. I simply went to clear up a few things with them according to my drink that every time I order it and Tahlia is there she has decided to be smart and sarcastic smart and rude towards me. She is a pathological liar and just a Karen. I don’t understand how place like this hire people like her and other I don’t remember there names. Because of this bad experience where I was charged with traspassing and failure to identify when that was the first thing I did when officers arrive to the scene was present my self with my name. I was corgial and respectful towards everyone and I still got hand cuffed for no reason just because they wanted to flex the authority and violate my rights. It’s ridiculous. I’m currently trespassed permanently and because of Tahlia and the other supervisor I’m technically banned from going here for ever. It’s ok cause after today I’m not bringing my business here no more and I’m quitting starbucks for good. I will share with everyone my horrible experience here and how Fairfield police violated my rights as well just to flex they authority like the mayority of the cops that fit in the bunch are use to doing anyways. There was no need for me to identify my self with giving an ID if I didn’t commit no crime. I know my rights. I guess they like many cops don’t respect there oat they swore to protect and with held. I will be gething a lawyer and filling complaints agains then officiers that violated my rights. I also have it all in camera for my protection and there’s. Wait for the next update guys. They all need to be held accountable for there horrible actions taken today for no reason. I never committed any crime to be traspassed from here at all. Hey I guess in this country policy always rules of law smh! I was falsely accused for things I’ve never done. They speak about all the clients that go there and if you had or experience a problem with your drink becuase they are not professionals or adults they will talk behind you and lie about how you are towards them. I frequently go to this Starbucks to pick up coffee for my coworkers and I. The young man with glasses always gives me amazing service. Well I went in today for 3 drinks, one of which was just a Pike and the other two were White Mocha fraps. Usually when I place this order or one similar, I am out the door in under 5 minutes. Well today it took just under 30 minutes for them to make my drinks. The White Mocha fraps were ready and on the counter in 5 minutes, I grab a drink holder and sit down while I wait for my Pike coffee, which is just regular hot, black coffee. 25 minutes go by without anyone acknowledging the fact that I've been sitting right by the pick up counter obviously waiting for my drinks for well over the acceptable time to make and deliver a coffee. So I stand up and ask the young lady who is making coffee and working the drive-thru about the rest of my order. She looks around and grabs my coffee which was already prepared and sitting behind the counter the entire time... When she asked if I had anything in it, I responded with "cream and sugar please." In a very blunt manner, she points to the stand by the door and tells me its over there. I have never had to put my own cream and sugar in a coffee at any Starbucks in my entire life, but despite that, I had already been in there for 30 minutes waiting and was already in a huge hurry to begin with. I am very disappointed in my experience here, seeing as I spend money here multiple times a week and always get excellent service, for which I usually leave a tip. I come here quite frequently and the atmosphere is okay be it inside or the drive. Today I went through the drive. I ordered a tall size iced coffee, with creamer, vanilla syrup and half and classic syrup. Took a sip before I left the drive and it tasted like iced coffee and classic syrup. Which did not taste well, so I asked the nice blonde at the window to see if it could be remade. Her facial expressions looked very annoyed as I expressed it doesn’t have enough creamer and there is too much classic syrup. It was remade by the manager. I got home and noticed it had a chocolate syrup (that I did not request) at the bottom. I called in and received the nice lady that remade it that happened to be the manager. She said “I remade it so I’m sorry if you think there was syrup in it but I know I made it from start to finish.” I advised her that’s fine but there is syrup in it and she said “ok so what do you want me to do”.. and I advised her asking me what she should do when she works there is a little odd. Nonetheless I requested it be notated that I could grab a remake, as I did not have time to come back and grab it, as I am on a lunch break. Normally no issues, however I noticed today, they were annoyed and not very friendly. There is indeed syrup that I did not request.
