Yoga Bliss is where I go to treat my recurrent back pain, cure my inflammation, and get a body shaking workout. The staff is wonderful, they’ll answer any questions you have, and all the instructors are happy to help you with form.
There are options for yoga beginners and veterans. They have low intensity classes, which improve flexibility and strength, and high intensity classes that will work you to your limit. Some of the teachers incorporate yoga teaching and spiritualism to their classes. Others don’t. It’s fun because each instructor brings their own energy, and if you don’t sync with them, try a different class or the same class with a different instructor.
The hot room classes are amazing and difficult. There are all ages in the studio, and I’m routinely inspired and humbled by my peers. My favorite parts about these intense workouts are the pain relief and, as I’ve improved and strengthened, my muscles can do more work in the same form pushing and pulling against themselves. The difficulty scales with your own strength.
The studio is clean and has a boutique atmosphere. They don’t judge when you disappear for six months, and they are consistent about the schedule, the classes, and the instructors. I’ve tried other studios, but this is my favorite.

Read moreYoga Bliss saved my life! Literally..saved my life! I had been practicing at Yoga Bliss once a week to supplement my Crossfit training for about 8 years. However, in 2018 everything changed when at 45 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a double mastectomy and reconstruction and after my first chemo treatment, I realized Crossfit was just too much for my healing body. I began a regular practice of yoga at Yoga Bliss, attending a variety of classes with a variety of teachers. I felt myself physically get stronger while honoring my healing body. But most importantly, I was able to heal emotionally on my mat, finding mindfulness and solace and peace in the present moment. It was at Yoga Bliss where I first shared my bald head with the public and shed tears of emotional release. It was my safe place. Yoga Bliss impacted me SO much that I decided to recently earn my 200 hour teacher training certificate! Whether you are a new yogi or an advanced yogi, Yoga Bliss is the most AMAZING place...
