My family has done business with this bank for somewhere in the neighborhood of 80 years. Throughout that time, we've seen some changes, yes, but the people who work here are of the best quality that this world has to offer. Absolutely horrible, poor customer service combined with archaic rules of why they cannot function as a 21st century bank. All while riding on James Dean's name to pander to local Fairmount residents with nostalgia. Would recommend the bank right across the street...

They do not have fraud protection at all. I get hit with fraud and they say oh well it's your fault. Worst bank ever! I won't put any serious money...
