My mother Josephine was YOUR worker for years. My father has still had the courage to come to your stores since her passing in 2023. I'm not here to judge your customer service skills or management, but my mother's fight to get in Disability during her cancer struggle is one I won't forgive. You guys have her a hard time. Her name was Josephine. And I hope she is recognized for ALL of her love and commitment to YOUR store. THIS store gave her a hard time signing off on Disability paperwork.
If you don't remember her and management has changed, she proudly showed off my children (her grandchildren) any chance she could.
I want my mother's commitment, dedication, and years of service recognized. Her name was Josephine Sabatini.
My message is for management, I won't forgive you for making my dad's ability to help my mom fight cancer in peace when she obviously needed to stop working. I won't forgive how she was more worried about not understanding why YOUR MANAGEMENT wouldn't SIGN OFF on helping her get Disability so my father could send those in ASAP
Do the right thing and recognize my mother now.
(When I'll never understand why my dad still goes to your store)....
At least recognize...
Read morePharmacy technician needs an attitude adjustment!!! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name but will note it next visit. I was incoherent in massive pain, just out of oral surgery (earlier this week). It was very obvious too as I had a brace around my face with an ice pack and had the worst experience there. I was waiting online patiently and when it was my turn, i was approached with a very nasty attitude . In a very rude tone, The tech said “miss we close in 15 mins” As I was in need of my antibiotic and pain killers post surgery, I asked if she can at least take my scripts, and responded by huffing and puffing with eye rolls followed by a rude comment. The rudest experience in the healthcare profession I have ever came across and it’s upsetting that cvs pharmacy would even allow that behavior. 15 minutes is plenty of time to enter a script and It not like she was preparing the meds, she was taking scripts. As a long time customer of the Bergen Blvd location in Fairview, I’m Really disgusted by her nasty behavior and will never take my business there again. I’m the last one to ever complain and understand we all have bad days but this...
Read moreI absolutely dread when I have to go to this place. If you're just going to the store itself it's not bad. But if you're thinking about using this place as your pharmacy..... DON'T!
They no longer work with a bunch of health insurance companies, so prices are a lot more expensive. They never have anything ready and there's always either a long line or short staffed (or both!) when you come here.
My script was sent here 2 weeks ago. I went last week but they were closed for lunch (when I was on lunch). Came back today and it still wasn't ready because they didn't work with my insurance. But instead of calling me ahead of time to tell me, I had to wait even longer. And when they told me the price without insurance and I said I'd pay, they went ahead and found another discount code, which was respectable, but I was already running late and that took another 15 minutes.
Save yourself time and money. Don't go here. Order online from Mark Cuban's company instead. I only came here because my script was...
