La Fiesta Buffet (Boulevard Buffet) — Restaurant in Fairview

This Is by far the worst buffet I have ever been to! At first, I and my family and our friends walked in, the employees were rushing and were very rude and acted like they were annoyed for no reason. So my friends came with us and both of our families were going to eat together but our friends were paying separate, their family had 3 kids and 1 parent, The kids were 9, 8 and the other was 5 so the 3 kids paid the kid's price which was about 10 dollars and the adult paid adult price which was 19 dollars (which is very expensive compared to other buffets I have been to). My family consisted of 1 adult and 3 kids, the kids were 13, 10, and 10. When we told the woman the ages of the kids she said that they would have to pay the adult price which was outrageous since they were 10, we tried bargaining and saying that the 13-year-old will be paid for with adult price but the woman still said we had to pay with the adult price for the kids. After we paid we went and got our food and there was very little food, I think in all there were just about 14 different dishes which was very little for a buffet and most of those were regular foods that you can microwave at home. And the dessert was even worse because there were only two desserts and one of them was a SOGGY cake that but there were some interesting foods there such as fettuccini alfredo and had a weird liquid underneath it. However, most of this food did not taste good at all and was not worth the price of 19 dollars per person. The place was also very dirty and disgusting, honestly, I think the cleanest part of the whole restaurant was THE BATHROOM. The reason we came to this buffet in the first place was that we were in the area and we wanted to try something new and it was halal but we ended up paying 76 dollars for a terrible time. Honestly, if you want a really good buffet you should not come here, you should go to "Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet" at 701 NJ-440, Jersey City, NJ 07304. THIS BUFFET IS THE WORST,...

The music was too loud torturing loud to hurt our hearing and sexualizing too.... At the bathrooms the music was even louder and sexuallizing.. It is discusting to eat and be sexualised and tortured like that..I told the employees there about some.of the issues ,but I do not think they cared ..No paper towel to wipe your hands and to touch the bathrooms' door in order to open it and get out....The red meat was NOT cooked properly, basically it was burned from outside and not cooked from inside..the plates where we get the food to eat in were full of scratches as if they were used and abused for years and the owner here could not buy new ones.....The benches where we sit were peeled off and scratching us while sitting on them.The fish was not cooked properly neither..It costs $15 per person to get in there..Yes there is a wide variety of food.The ceilings were moldy. THIS PLACE DESERVES TO HAVE NSPECTIONS DONE FROM THE HEALTH , BUILDING DEPARTMENT and others to put things un place..We do not get it ,why do we always have to bug the inspectors,why they can NOT do their job ?!----What is it that they do?!---WE ARE MAKING SURE GOD'S WILLING THEY HAVE inspections done here...THEY HAVE TO TURN THE MUSIC OFF..COOK THE MEAT PROPERLY,get new benches for the customers to sit..Lower the prices ect ect..ect.. For right now I would say look for a better place to eat.Thanks and if you like my review please give it...

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Such a disgrace and the management is beyond rude and does not know how to deal with customers. Went in today around 4 with my family and had more family meet us there for lunch/dinner, who drove from Long Island, NY which is like 2 1/2 hours away. Walked in with my family of 4; my wife and I and our 2 kids. We asked for a table and by that time the other expected family walked in also.. due to covid we had decided to sit separately and social distance. Anyways so we were waiting to get seated when the lady behind the counter began saying wait I have to call a manager. First off why? So the rude manager came over already with an attitude and when I asked why she had to call the manager she said the manager will let u know. So the rude manager came over and I asked him what the problem is and why are we not being seated. He said it’s because u guys have a big party, we tried to tell him we will be sitting separate tables due to covid. He didn’t even want to listen to what we had fo say and began to say we dont need you here, and we will not allow u to eat here?!! Can someone here tell me what we did and why we were declined service? I have yet to find out why we were not seated and not to mention the family we invited from Long Island? Unacceptable!!!!!! Do not go here, management this rude does not deserve your hard...
