I started out having a positive experience. Everything was great and they were very helpful. They delivered the furniture on time. However, when the piece of furniture came and it was stracted up and torn. I went into the store and they apologized and ordered me another. When the delivery guys came back, they said it had been a floor model and the store employees should have advised me of this when I ordered it. The next piece arrived fine, and everything was great. I now have to send it back because we have a permanent replacement and don't need the piece anymore. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 2 today. They hadn't arrived by 2 so I contacted them. They told me it was due to be picked up tonight. I told them that was incorrect and that I was advised by the manager it would be between 10 and 2. I was told that they had 2 people out yesterday so they had to catch up today. I did not receive any phone call altering me that they would be late. I have had to contact them 4 times today, even though the manger told me he'd call me with an update. I told them I had to leave the house by 5:00 today because I had plans. It is 6:30 and I have since had to cancel my plans because they're still not here and the manager did not call me with an update.. I currently have 2 loveseats in my tiny apartment and no room to move because the furniture is in the middle of the floor. I just spoke to the manger again and he said his guys are still out and I am one of the people they are coming to, but hecan't give me an ETA. It is bad business to give someone a 4 hour window, miss that window, and not even call to alert you that they will be...

The service at this location is beyond HORRIBLE!!!! Be very careful renting from this location- if your merchandise is damaged and under manufacturer warranty- Aarons is the only ones who can request replacement parts and good luck with giving them that job. Took this location over a year to replace a part I needed and clearly show that the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing at this location. Some days they had no record of me calling, other days- my part was on back order or on its way from another store or was sold to someone else- on and on for a year.!!!! I forwarded a complaint to corporate in Dec 2020 and I'm still waiting for a Division Manager to call me lol. What a joke this place is. By the time your done paying for your stuff - you have made enough payments to buy a car. I put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office!!! I PLAN ON TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION. I feel like calling Channel 10 or 12- which ever one does the Consumer Reports so I can let EVERYONE know what I have dealt with!!

I was supposed to get a brand new PlayStation 4 And when I get home Iāll open up the box and thereās no controller so I call back and they suggested that I came back and picked it up..... The manager said heād have a driver send it out. The driver gets to my house an hour later with a used controller and as Iām trying to set it up the X button donāt work. I called back the following day to resolve this mess and I let them know that itās messed up that you would assure me in the store everythings in the box and you ā checked itā then when you drop off my controller its clearly used. She said thatās what happens when I buy used items I said ā Listen the paper work says new and now your telling me its used? Last time I checked when you buy something new the controller is supposed to be in the NEW box so why would you think itās a good idea to lie in my ear? Iām not gonna pay $89/ mo for 12 months and pay over 3x the amount when you canāt even get it right the first or second time?ā So I get ācall the manager tomorrow, idk what to tell youā
