I tried to support all local businesses during our wedding planning last year. I visited Professional Image based on a recommendation from my father-in-law. The woman who owns the store is quite cold, smart with her mouth and unfriendly but I appreciated their variety of suit colors so I moved forward with purchasing our bridal parties' suits from here. The tailor was very nice and did a great job. Unfortunately these suits did not wear well at all. By the end of our wedding reception 4 groomsmen had giant holes in their legs and one groomsmen had the seat of his pants completely blown out. Considering the amount of money spent on the suits and accessories, I was greatly disappointed. The whole point of buying the suits was so they could wear them again. They also offered a sales special on their Facebook page at the time I purchased the suits. When I mentioned it in the store, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, even when I showed her the ad. I will not purchase...

I was a bit skeptical going into the place but it had everything I needed. The location may be a bit weird but dont let it fool you. I had exceptional help from the staff, the store owner Paul and his daughter. They made their main goal to make me look sharp and were very patient walking me through the whole process. They helped me out by picking out things that match with what ever event I was going too. They sized me up and made sure everything fit. The clothes in there are very affordable and they have great prices on everything. The help felt very genuine and authentic. They made sure I was happy with what I was wearing. They also made sure everything looked good or fit right before I left the store. I bought 2 suits and everything for what I would've paid or even rented from other places. This is the best spot to go if you need anything from proms, weddings, or any event you need to look snazzy. I can't thank you guys enough for your outstanding help...
