Normally i have very good experiences at this BK which is why i prefer it to others. However, yesterday was not one of those experiences, and it comes down to people just not listening or caring enough to get it right. I ordered in the drive thru a 2 hamburger meal. The woman on the other end responded, whopper meal? And i said no... 2 hamburger meal please. She says ok, next window. I get to the window to pay and the lady reads me back my order "two cheeseburger meal plain" and i said no, it's two hamburgers. "and you want those plain?" no... regular hamburgers please. I hear her over the microphone correct my order. I get to the next window and they are taking what i assume are cheeseburgers out of my bag and talking about why the order was taken incorrectly. The woman who took my order asks if i want two hamburgers plain. and i said no, i want two regular hamburgers. "With no cheese?" This is a very common question i find at fast food places which makes no sense to me. Anyway, they put two burgers in my bag and I'm on my way. Read moreThere have been times when the food is not hot, although this morning at 7:45am and because I am a vegan ordered the Impossible crossanwich sandwich, I was told they are not serving the vegan breakfast sandwiches anymore where I then asked if they were discontinuing the vegan menu the employee stated that the grill was not heated as she contemplated a solution for me. I asked her the time of opening she told me 7am I questioned why the grill would not be on at 7:45am I asked her if the cook was late to work then asked if she was the only one there she stated again that they just do not serve the vegan breakfast sandwich anymore, at that I realized that I was being lied to and was disappointed, not only because the item is a fairly new item and still listed on the menu also because I a vegan and Burger King is the only fastfood business supplying vegetarian meat products. I won't give up on BK though I am going to reach out to corporate about these concerns and suggest anyone seeking an improvement involving quality & standards do the same. Read moreTHIS BURGER KING SUCKS!!!!! We had to wait 5 minutes at the drive thru just to place our order. There was one car ahead of us and they were asked to wait at the door for their order. When i asked if i could place my order, they kept saying we will be right with you. We finally ordered and moved to the window to pay and we were asked to move up to the door that our order will be right out. Mind you we only orderdd a Jr Wopper and large fry. We waited another 15 minutes and I finally went inside to see what the hold up was. There were 2 people just standing around doing nothing and only 1 customer in the building. Only 1 girl was doing anything. When I asked about my order, they said "Oh, I thought that was filled". They then proceeded to warm up my hamburger and make it. I told them we should get a discount for having to wait and they wouldn't do that. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this restaurant, that's why I'm writing this.
