Tried to get the prongs tightened on my wife's wedding ring. First didn't quote me price. When I went to pick up the ring she wanted 250.00. I disagreed. The price was lowered to 115. When picking up the ring it had a blob on the stone. She admitted to heating the stone to a high temperature. She tried to tell me that the stone was not quality. I had picked that stone and know the condition. After about four trips back and forth they offered to replace the stone. Fine. They next day a get a call and her husband had removed the excess white gold. Now a month later her stone is loose again. I will take it elsewhere. I would not recommend this place for any...

Disgraceful service. Absolutely unacceptable. She destroyed both my bracelet and necklace—melted chains, more broken links than when we brought them in—and then had the audacity to ask for $75 each. If you want some one to size a ring to what they want instead of what you asked hit them up and for 55 bucks they will mess up twice and just put a little metal bar though your ring...
