On The Water Store — Local services in Falmouth

I always find great gifts for my dad and the owner even threw in an awesome cook book after I said he loves to fish, hunt and cook! We also found my 5-year-old daughter's now-favorite zip up sweater (shown in the photo). Great clothes for everyday and souveniers. The owner is always so friendly and gives us travel advice. This year, she gave us tips on Portland and we had a great time, stopping at Portsmouth New Hampshire as well which was awesome. Pretty cool facility and high-end products. I wasn't expecting a lot of quality gear, but rather OTW merch and trinkets. It turns out there's a really well-balanced combination of the two; nice to browse through. Very friendly/helpful staff & relatively convenient location (if you live on/near the Cape). If you ever run into the owner, he's an incredibly personable guy.

Our family had a horrible experience with the retail employee today. She was on the phone for 15 minutes would not help anyone out. This is not a family friendly store.
