Coming from a place that I was raised with amazing smoked meats and bbq this place is actually pretty good… if you like a nice sweet sticky brown sugar peppery pork rib these are super good tender and super flavorful. I have never been a dry rub fan because it’s just not my flavor but they were good I had the sweet corn casserole and it was so gooood! The Mac and cheese super creamy but I wish it had more of a sharp taste to it. The head liner …. Drum rolll … the beef brisket … it was tender and had a nice texted however the bark for my likely was a little in the saltier side… other then that it was overall a great choice for the area if your looking for smoked meat… the drinks were great I had the island (Park) Time … super awesome I had 2-3 drinks and they were amazing !!! Gauge was my awesome bar tender and he was great answering my questions and making my drink great vibes parking after 5 the parking across the street I free during the day there is street parking right out front but don’t park in the parking lot next door it is private and they down own it. Btw the start is freaking awesome looking forward to coming back tomorrow Before we leave

Great place with very good BBQ and fantastic service (thank you Delaney)! I visit/try tons of BBQ places all over the US in addition to running my own BBQ business in Norway and I will say that this place puts out BBQ that for sure is in the upper ranks! I would come back for sure. I ordered: - Cornbread (came hot and very moist with a delicious compound butter on the side) - Mac’n cheese (perfectly creamy and cheesy) - Potato salad (creamy, but fresh and subtle taste. Perfect together with the meats as it does not take focus, but kind of stays in the background) - Brisket lean (perfectly cocked with a good fat render and perfect bark. You can tell they started off right from trimming all the way through to slicing and serving) - Pulled pork (perfection! Very moist and juicy and a smoke taste that does not overpower the pork) - Ribs (fall off the bone, but does not fall apart) - House sausage (technically well executed smoked sausage, but the seasonings did not hit my personal preferences) - Banana pudding (very good classic dessert that is a nice ending to the meal)

All the food looked great but that's about it. We ordered The Sampler and paid the extra $10 for the brisket to replace the pulled pork. We got one piece of really thick, over cooked brisket. It was falling apart it was so overcooked. The taste was ok but was overdone. The ribs were also overdone and were pretty mushy. They had decent flavor but the texture wasn't good. The sausage was not good at all, we didn't finish that. It had a weird spice in it. The rest of my family ate the chicken fingers and said they were great though. The slaw was fine, the "best beans" were far from the best, almost tasted like chili more than anything. The strawberry cheesecake was really good. All in all I wouldn't go back. Way too expensive for what you get and the food wasn't that great.

Living in Europe, good BBQ is often more dream than reality. The dream comes alive at NoBull. Even though the name was a bit apt as they were out of brisket, the epic smoked chicken more than made up for it. Dense and buttery in places, it was memorably tasty and smoky. What takes the prize is the Dakota BBQ sauce. It was as if South Carolina mustard BBQ sauce and Western Carolina tomato-vinegar sauce eloped and escaped to North Dakota through the Witness Protection Program. Wow this stuff is good. Add in some tater tots, which were great vehicles for mainlining additional sauce. Prices are breathtakingly Democratic for this Republican state. Just come.

I am by no way a BBQ expert but we have been to places in Kansas, St. Louis and Nashville. If nothing else the sticky ribs here were amazing, but something just felt missing. As you can see from the pictures a 2 meat $22 meal was a little lacking. 2 small ribs and brisket another member of the party could not get the chicken so we substituted the chicken strips and added 2 sides which again included just 3 onion rings. The food was good and the place was great but it just seemed a little less of a deal. Food 8 out of 10, presentation 6 out of 10, value 7 out of 10, atmosphere 7 out of 10. Where do I even begin? With the at times melt in your mouth brisket? The great smoke on it? The decadent strawberry cheesecake? All the sauces were great, but the Dakota BBQ sauce was a perfect pairing in my opinion with the brisket. A mix of their mustard and i think normal sauce. Great cornbread with an excellent honey butter. My waiter was always wanting to make sure my meal was perfect. The only way he could have done that was by sneaking me more brisket. The only fault I would give them, but very little fault would be their mac and cheese, a little under seasoned. Otherwise, trust me you want me to take you here.
