They try to take money from the people. and the repair not done yet I drop my Ford pick up to do diagnostic and they called me after one week. They told me haysam the truck needs fuel pump and I need authorize from you so we can fix this. I ask the lady name Jordan are you hundred percent sure this problem will be fixed. She said yes I asked her OK. How much is gonna cost? She said 1500 person labor I told her OK go ahead and fix the problem, she called me five days and she told me haysam they have different problem. The technician said we find different problem. I told her you already told me you gonna charge me $1500 and the problem will be fixed now you call me for what different problem she said yes I told her OK. What's the different problem? She said another fuel pump came inside the thing I told her OK Homer is gonna cost everything person labor. She said 3500. That's everything and the truck will be drivable again with no problems, I give her the authorize to fix the problem and I asked her Honda truck will be done. She said take around the week. I tell her OK no problem. Call me when it's done the truck stay one week and I call her and she said oh I'm sorry we find different problem. She and the technician the diesel technician playing again because doesn't have a good experience what they do and what they fixed, and she wanna charge me money and the truck still not drivable. I told her take the then new parts out and put my all parts back on the truck and I'm gonna send a truck to pick up the truck and take it for a different work. She said no I can't give you the truck because you have to pay the balance and the truck not drivable still i'm trying to call her couple times today. She doesn't answer back to me. The paint was flawless and swirl-free prior to my service visit today. Nevertheless, they chose to wash it regardless of my requests, resulting in the entire vehicle being marred with swirls once again.
The detailer is going to attempt to fix the issue, but he indicated that if it cannot be remedied with CarPro Essence Plus, the entire car will require re-compounding and polishing before being re-coated with a quartz finish.
This is my work vehicle, which, although it is a Maverick, raises concerns about what a customer with a black GT500 could expect when visiting this location. Will they also experience paint damage?
If a customer explicitly asks you not to wash their vehicle, I strongly recommend that you adhere to their request. Your decision to wash my car against my wishes has now set me back by $2000
The first five photos were taken last week when the vehicle was freshly detailed and coated, while the last seven photos were captured just 30 minutes after I retrieved the vehicle today from service.
I hope Serra Ford will attempt to make this right, otherwise I will be left with no choice but to seek ford dealers elsewhere...
