Highly recommend if you are looking to find relief for back/shoulder or general body pain! Tina is outstanding at working out knots and pains, and provides the right levels of communication to ensure areas of concern are being addressed. For me personally, the benefits of a frequent Thai massage (which involves some active stretching and manipulation of joints and muscles by the therapist)at Royal Thai Spa Novi have been more effective than Chiropractor visits for lasting relief, but I still think this is because I was lucky enough to have Tina as my therapist! I'm sure others at this location are also skilled too, though. So stop reading reviews, and book it! I have been coming here for some time now and have had a good experience in past. This time, however, my experience was little disappointing. On reaching there for my appointment, I was informed that I will have to wait for 20 more minutes as they booked me for a different type of massage than what I asked for. This was a rescheduled appointment and they told me that - I should have told them about the type of massage I am looking for when I rescheduled my appointment. I feel that if I am rescheduling an appointment, it's given that I want it to be the same type that I originally booked.
