The front desk staff was incredibly kind, going out of their way to arrange a loaner vehicle (a Macan) without any hassle, and I truly appreciated their warmth and understanding. However, on the day I dropped off my own car—an hour’s drive away—I was disappointed to find that the service department rep was unaware of the excessive dog hair and the strong dog smell lingering in my vehicle. This honestly added so much stress, especially since I suffer from allergies that are triggered by pet dander. I felt compelled to clean up some of the pet hair myself, knowing my children would be riding in that loaner. It was heartbreaking because I know this was a high-end dealership, and I expected the vehicle to be impeccably clean for the next customer—it just shouldn’t have been acceptable to leave it in that condition. To make matters worse, the cost for diagnostics and an oil change was astronomically high, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and taken for granted. This experience, with its mix of kindness and disappointment, truly touched a nerve—highlighting the need for more care and respect for loyal customers like myself. When our vehicle was returned by the porter, there were several scratches to the drivers side door that were not previously there. Both we and the return porter took pics and we left several messages regarding this issue with the dealership regarding this issue, but we have yet to hear back.
