toke my Porsche Vehicle to service because it was dripping Coolent and when I spoke with the service advisor, I told him where the leak is coming from. he told me that they will do inspection on the Veicle to see if there any other issues and also to dig deep to see where the problem is coming from. also there was three recalls on the model but they do not have the parts to fix it. he did say that there is a Inspection charge and I agreed to it trusting them with the knowledge and service. I left the vehicle parked outside at the service parking at 10am and left the dealer. I did not get any call or message in regard the status of the inspection so I decided to drive back to the dealer at 4pm to check on it to find out that its still parked outside where I left it and no one bothered to touch it or look at it. so I drove back home. I recieved a call from the service advisor after 10 minutes and he told me that a tech cheched the Vehicle and found where the leak is coming from but he need to look deeper and due to time he will work on it the next day in the morning and let me know. the next day I recieved a video recorded from the tech with very unclear low sound stating that the leak is coming from behind the engine and they can not work on it unless they drop the engine!!! also he mentioned that the vehicle look amasing and only need windshield wiper!! I sopke with the service provider and he told me that it will cost $5,600 just to drop the engine and see where the issue is coming from! I told him I will come to pick up the vehicle because this is costly. I picked-up the vehicle and took it to a local shop to find out from the Mechanic that the vehicle was not even mechaniclly looked at and no inspection was done. the protection shield under vehicle was not taken off at all and vehicle was not inspected. coolent drop was coming from hose next to the front tire at driver side that need to be tightened. (that is also what I told the service adviser when I dropped off the vehicle and its on the report). I called to speak with service manager and I emailed him to call me, unfortunately he did not answer and also did not call me back!!! more that a week now and still no call. just want to know why did they charge me for something never done?? and why did they claim that engine need to be droped to proform the service. the hose was right there with easy fix. it costed me $50 to fix it at a local shop!! we take our veicles to the dealer because we trust them with the service and knowlodge. this is not the way to treat your customers. charging them for service you did not provide, ignore thier emails and calls and not having the technicion with the right knowledge to proform service. I really lost my trust to your dealership and...
Read moreI drive a Porsche Macan. As of late, whenever I take my vehicle in, Neil is my service advisor, and it has been a tremendous experience. Neil is always great! The staff is kind. In July, I took my vehicle in for an oil change. He works closely with the technician, keeps you posted on the status, and diligently restores your vehicle in a timely manner. He also lets you know about any upcoming maintenance needed. Thank you! *Update - I took my vehicle in on 8/26/24 to have the brakes replaced. To my surprise, both sets had to be replaced. Additionally, I had been experiencing an issue with the self-leveling sensor in my front headlamp. This time Shawn C. was my advisor. What a phenomenal experience. I was waiting for the repair but when he realized it was going to take longer than just a few hours, they were kind enough to give me a loaner. Shawn further stayed in communication with me regarding the issue with my headlamps and ultimately the final replacement of the brakes. The service was impeccable. The service was impeccable. They were all very kind, pleasant, and easy to work with throughout the repair process.
Update (7/29/25) - I took my vehicle in on Monday, July 21, and Tuesday, July 22. Neil was my service advisor, and as always, the service level was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the process. The service technician provided detailed and helpful information, which allowed me to make informed decisions about the repairs for my vehicle. During my visits, I stayed at the dealership and was able to work in what I would describe as a very upscale environment. The new location and facility are magnificent, and everyone was very friendly. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership for servicing. Thank you for the excellent...
Read moreI am giving 2 stars but it might go lower or higher. I am still dealing with them. I put a deposit down on a vehicle that should've held it for 5 days. It didn't even last 8 hrs. The sales manager said he would rectify this, and maybe he will. I do know you should steer clear of Greg, no last name given. He was rude and unapologetic. I asked for the manager and he said he would let him know I wanted to talk.
So far Anthony the sales manager is at least acknowledging the mistake. Greg told me "I didn't lose anything, and there was nothing he would do".
I do hope they come up with a solution....
I will update as this saga continues.
Day 2:
I tried to get a jeep after they sold the expedition I had a deposit on, but by the time they got back to me somebody had just put a deposit down on it...
They did try to get me into an ecosport or a Mazda, but I'm afraid it's not really the same.
I asked about other cars in the suburban collection family since they are all on the same website but they could only help me with the Farmington dealerships.
Anthony is being helpful but I'm not sure how they can help.
Day 3:
I inquired about some others, but at this point I feel like I am pestering them. None of them really captured me like the first 2 options.
Day 4:
I decided to go outside of them. I can't wait for a miracle. The deal was great, and obviously others saw it. I can't say stay away from all of the suburban collection(It would be hard to do that considering how large it is), but I will say be wary.
I see porsche responded and I will contact them. I don't know how it can be helped.
The email given can't receive emails... And they removed the response.
Tldr: I would suggest...
