Manager Pat was very disrespectful and rude it was my first time ever with this company and he sure did make me change my mind with ever going through this type of place. They sold me “NEW” washer and dryer but they were nothing but new when they came into my home and after over a month of no communication about the standing of my “NEW ORDERED” washer and dryer the “Manager Pat” kept avoiding me and had no straight answers for me and over all RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL yelling and me in front of customers. I made my payment for another month before this incident and he won’t give my money back after me paying for “new” appliances but we’re never new when in my home. Well we went in and financed on a couch & was told it was “brand new” the couch was delivered to my home, I had the couch for not even a full two days, and started getting bit. We found out the couch had bed bugs, and we contacted them immediately after putting the couch outside. Was told by MORGAN, the store manager that there was nothing they could do. That the couch was still my financial responsibility. Was not willing to talk to me for very long. Was very rude and disrespectful. The couch is sitting outside of my house because Aaron’s doesn’t wanna come pick up the couch they delivered with bugs. But are still wanting my money. Did not expect this from Aaron’s. Read moreThis is the worst company to deal with! They call 10 plus times a day and on personal cell phones. They send delivery drivers to come speak with you and the drivers take photos of your home. The manager Pat is rude and disrespectful!! This is my first time dealing with Aaron’s and I can say I will never do it again. They don’t follow through on agreements and they harass you. Your only option to pay is to give them your card info at the store or to go in and pay. They tell you that you cannot pay online “because it does not go to your account.” This has been by far the worst...
