Starbucks in Farmington, New Mexico on 20th St. the brand new one they just open right next to spud Nut donuts they were very rude. Didnāt even let me explain my drink. She thought I was explaining a drink from Albuquerque coffee shop excuse me, we are in Farmington. I told her hold let me talk so I Can order my drink The whole time I couldnāt even say one word she just went on talking and talking and talking. She was very rude and disrespectful.I went to the drive-through I was at the drive-through for about 10 minutes where there was a bunch of cars behind me. She would not even come to the window so I can talk to her. Then she said Oh I thought you were talking about something else I said no thatās why I said Venti Blondie and you said we donāt carry that maāam and you were rude maāam I was not rude at all trying to explain my order itās about the customers I was never rude. I was trying to explain. she needs , customer service training. If not, she will be the one to lose all the customers very bad service iāve gone to the other Starbucks never had this bad experience until now at this new one ā¦. Last night I came in to study and the barista with a mask completely ignored me and the other customers for almost ten minutes. When she did take my order she was rushed, unwelcoming and seeming overly distracted and irritated. I watched her make two drinks before only making food and going behind the swinging door frequently and for long periods of time as the store started filling more. It took almost twenty minutes to get my drink and a barista in bright blue asked what drink I was waiting for and made it right away. A few minutes later the one in the mask came out and kept yelling at a barista so loud and aggressive. I immediately had to leave the store because of past trauma. I don't think I can come back here if they don't consider the customer and employees feelings and experiences. Walking out I asked the employee in blue if she was okay because she was crying but the one in the mask kept going making it feel like a unsafe and hostile environment. If you have any trauma with yelling or aggressive personas, don't come here. There's other stores like 302's if you need a comforting place to work and have a coffee. The drink was perfect but I wish I could put zero stars...

But when I turned back around to get my drink remade because I asked for double shot espresso, she interrupted me and said āwell I didnāt see that on the sticker.ā And I said āokay. it shows on the sticker.ā Then she said āI didnāt even make the drink.ā Like okay? I just want my drink remade. So she rudely interrupts me and says sheāll remake the drink. I pull up to the window to show her the ticket from the first drink and she says āI donāt want the drink I canāt take it.ā Lmao bro, Iām not giving you the drink Iām showing you the sticker? As I get the remake I pull off and she says something about me. Iāve heard this location continues to give bad attitude when it comes to their mistakes. Normally, I donāt give a f about the mistakes as long as I get what I paid for not the attitude. April definitely needs to get checked. I highly recommend going to the Starbucks in Largo st in Farmington. Theyāre wayyy...
