Starbucks in Farmington, New Mexico on 20th St. the brand new one they just open right next to spud Nut donuts they were very rude. Didn’t even let me explain my drink. She thought I was explaining a drink from Albuquerque coffee shop excuse me, we are in Farmington. I told her hold let me talk so I Can order my drink The whole time I couldn’t even say one word she just went on talking and talking and talking. She was very rude and disrespectful.I went to the drive-through I was at the drive-through for about 10 minutes where there was a bunch of cars behind me. She would not even come to the window so I can talk to her. Then she said Oh I thought you were talking about something else I said no that’s why I said Venti Blondie and you said we don’t carry that ma’am and you were rude ma’am I was not rude at all trying to explain my order it’s about the customers I was never rude. I was trying to explain. she needs , customer service training. If not, she will be the one to lose all the customers very bad service i’ve gone to the other Starbucks never had this bad experience until now at this new one …. Never had an experience since I have been living in Farmington for over 30 some years and until now needs extreme customer service training … I believe she was the assistant manager because I asked for the manager, and she was the assistant manager, the one that I was talking to you that...

I've frequented this Starbucks for years coming in almost daily. Last night I came in to study and the barista with a mask completely ignored me and the other customers for almost ten minutes. When she did take my order she was rushed, unwelcoming and seeming overly distracted and irritated. I watched her make two drinks before only making food and going behind the swinging door frequently and for long periods of time as the store started filling more. It took almost twenty minutes to get my drink and a barista in bright blue asked what drink I was waiting for and made it right away. A few minutes later the one in the mask came out and kept yelling at a barista so loud and aggressive. I immediately had to leave the store because of past trauma. I don't think I can come back here if they don't consider the customer and employees feelings and experiences. Walking out I asked the employee in blue if she was okay because she was crying but the one in the mask kept going making it feel like a unsafe and hostile environment. If you have any trauma with yelling or aggressive personas, don't come here. There's other stores like 302's if you need a comforting place to work and have a coffee. The drink was perfect but I wish I could put zero stars...

I pull up to the window to show her the ticket from the first drink and she says ā€œI don’t want the drink I can’t take it.ā€ Lmao bro, I’m not giving you the drink I’m showing you the sticker? As I get the remake I pull off and she says something about me. I’ve heard this location continues to give bad attitude when it comes to their mistakes. Normally, I don’t give a f about the mistakes as long as I get what I paid for not the attitude. April definitely needs to get checked. I highly recommend going to the Starbucks in Largo st in Farmington. They’re wayyy...

I just want my drink remade. So she rudely interrupts me and says she’ll remake the drink. I have two favorite drinks that I always order and it's even saved as my favorites on my Starbucks app, this was my first time walking into this location and I specifically ordered a certain drink a certain way because the app was down and would not let me order through the app so I had to walk in, I ordered it exactly how do I have it on my favorites and it's specifically said it on the printout sticker on my cup as well however the drink was not as it should have been, I went back in and asked where my matcha cold foam was and the three matcha scoops that I paid for and the two strawberry scoops I paid for the barista said she made it herself and she said she made it exactly how I said to, and I told her well where's the cold foam? I showed her my drink and I said it does not normally look like this and she said well that's what you ordered and walked off šŸ˜’ NOT going back to this location again.... Here's the picture, where are my two scoops of strawberries? And I do not see any foam do you?????

I order the same thing every time I know I said venti. This was NOT MY FAULT!! So why am I having to get punished. That was not handled well at all!!!

I just went in the lobby and ordered my regular drink. I had asked for. Venti white chocolate mocha with cold foam and Carmel drizzle. I the paid $8and some change. I waited for a about 5 minutes and they call out a name that’s not even the name I have the girl by name butchered but I’m used to that but my drink is a grande not a venti. So I then say something to the girl closest to the counter that it’s not the size I asked for. She proceeded to tell me well that’s what she charged you. So I then go to the register and had to pay for another drink. In total costed me over $16 for just 1 drink that I wanted!! No one offered to fix it and make it right for me. Instead I get charged for another drink and have to leave with a grande drink as the the same as the venti I had to order again. Why cannot we fix this properly. I order the same thing every time I know I said venti. This was NOT MY FAULT!! So why am I having to get punished. That was not handled well at all!!!
