Molly iis a saint! I seem to always call at the last minute when I'm running out of water but this time there was a whole new twist on things. My hot water heater to my residence had been leaking so my landlord shut my water off. And it may be off for the next three days! At that time, I realized I was out of bottled water. I called the office and Molly promised me that she would get at least one 5 gal jug delivered sometime after 5:30 pm. I was literally melting down my last glass of ice cubes in the microwave to take my medication when she knocked at the door with a 5 gal jug of water and a bag of ice! Oh... And a promise to deliver the other three 5 gal jugs tomorrow. What a relief! You seriously don't know how very important water is until you have none. Thank you so very much Molly... You definitely made my day! AND your water has exceptional taste...

This company has a complete monopoly of the bottled/filtered water market in the Farmington area, and DAMN, it shows. In being aware of this, I would tend to believe that customer service/ satisfaction would still be priority #1 even if you have no competition. But not these guys. Nope. If you are extremely lucky, they will show up to deliver and exchange bottles once a month (even after multiple polite calls for service). But, more often than not, you will sit on your pile of empty jugs (as many as 25-30 at times), wondering why this company doesn't care about its' customers. Oh yeah, they don't have to.
