GameStop — Local services in Farmington

This was last week- You need to get after your workers. The dude with the glasses Sharron is his name is awful.

He has major attitude problems, he ignored me while I waited at the counter. He wasn't doing his Job, just digging through inventory with his Nerd Friend who wasn't a customer I should also remind you. They just geeked out over Magic cards for like 20mins.

He saw me standing at the front with my item in my hand. He just continued to ignore me. He wasn't even making a sale or anything with his friend then they started gossiping about people they knew. It really upset me.

He finally came over to check me out at the register and he was super rude and didn't want to answer or check on a item I was looking for. I didn't want to cause a scene but it really bothered me. I honestly don't want to come back to your store with that experience.

You really need to Fire that Sharron guy with the glasses. He's just a total jerk to the customers. I know I'm not the only one having this experience with this dude. He doesn't care to really help any customers or actually check the inventory that you have. I asked him in person he didn't even check if you had the items just said no, I didn't see it. I'm like dude you even check? Can you look it up on the computer you have and he said no not really. I really don't understand how hard it is to do a check on inventory. Later I came around I'm guessing his shift was over and some other worker was around. He checked and guess what?.... They had exactly what I was looking for and I wasn't rude or anything. I just asked for help. If he's not wanting to do his Job you guys should just let him go because that was a waste of my time and totally unprofessional. As far as being a GameStop goes it's actually pretty good it's actually really really really small compared to most GameStop's I've ever been in it's rather hard to find anything on the shelves because they're all crammed together the only thing that really gives this place for stars is the fact that the customer service and the staff assistance is really really good they are actually willing and able to look up any kind of game you're looking for they don't try and sell you extra stuff they just accept the fact that you want this game this game and that thing over there and they don't bother you with trying to sell you DLC that you can buy online or yeah sometimes they will ask you for if you want a warranty which let's face it any game nowadays it is...
