Maurices — Local services in Farmington

My family and I decided to go to Farmington which it's an hour and half away from where we live. I work as a nurse and had worked 4 weekends straight and finally had a weekend off so I thought I spend time with my husband and children so definitely was looking forward to treating the family out. I'm was in need of new jeans and I had bought jeans in Maurices in the past so thought I try there again. There were 4 associates working. The 20 minutes I was there NOBODY checked in or asked if I needed anything. I walked around with 4 pair of jeans waiting for a dressing room. I stood by thecashier desk to ask for someone which i get they were helping people cash out, walked passed the cashier desk a second time while I browesed, and continued to be ignored by ALL THE associates. One associate walked passed me BY THE DRESSING ROOM so I took it upon myself to get my own dressing room. I found the jeans I wanted but did have one question and while trying to get the attention, AGAIN, one of the associates walked passed me. At this point, i felt so disrespected and judged for what reason? It was unfortunate because they had so many nice things that I was interested in getting in addition to the jeans...but I walked out and decided to spend my money elsewhere. Do better and don't judge a book by its cover!!!! This store deserves...

Went in for a return that I bought online got told I could return it via mail or exchange but couldn't get any of my money back. Confused just asked for help to return by mail and lady seemed she didn't wanna help but just helped to push me...
