We were greeted when we walked in, that was nice. We were looking at the $3 and $5 racks. I specifically asked the manager if the things on the $3 rack were actually $3. She used a very belittling tone and said “yeeeep if it’s on the $3 rack it is $3.” I said thank you I just wanted to make sure. When we brought our stuff to the register everything rung up $5. When I questioned Marley the register girl she was nice but said that there was nothing she could do to change the price. I stated that the manager specifically told me that they were $3 each. She just said yeah sorry there’s nothing I can do.
The whole thing was really frustrating to me because she could’ve just called her manager over so she could’ve explained it but she didn’t. Service was also extremely slow. I’ve been to cotton on at City Creek and they were extremely helpful and quick. Especially when it comes to clearing up price errors...

Read moreThe girls that work here aren't very nice or helpful at all and act like they hate their jobs. I would definitely recommend hiring older people to work somewhere where kids clothes are sold. Maybe someone with knowledge about the product would also be helpful. Being greeted with an eye roll isn't exactly the kind of customer service people like getting. I won't be shopping...
