I went out of my way to stop her for cupcakes. When I got there the kiosk was opened but didn’t see anyone behind the counter. I wasn’t sure if that was normal or not. The kiosk was opened and I placed my order. Unfortunately no one was there. The employees that I thought were there were working at the other shop in the same building. Their hours show they close at 9:00. I was there at 6:20. So I paid for nothing and there’s no way to get a hold of them. We were looking for a gluten free sweet treat on our way home today and stumbled across Sprinkles. They offered only 2 gluten-free flavors, red velvet and lemon blueberry. They were both moist with just the right amount of frosting. We hope to see more flavors soon, but these were amazing. They aren’t over done or dry, they were exactly what we are looking for in a cupcake, light and not dense. We will be back again for sure. We’ve had great Sprinkles cupcakes before, but sadly they are NOT offered at this location! When we went today, they were sold out of pretty much everything except red velvet. We snagged the last vanilla and a vanilla chocolate, and they were horrible. Seriously so hard and stale that we couldn’t even stand to finish them. Completely unacceptable when you’re paying $5 per cupcake. Maybe this location gets minimal shipments of cupcakes and don’t sell them fast enough so they’re selling their week old stale cupcakes.
