Buckle — Local services in Farmington

I love this store! Bret has the best customer service! I got a text that said my order was ready for pick up. I went in the store today and when they brought my order out, it wasn’t my order. Bret immediately apologized and gave me a card for 10$ off my next order for my inconvenience. He absolutely didn’t have to do that and I wasn’t expecting it. He also helped my husband during Christmas time when he was trying to find a pair of pants. My husband said he spent so much time with him trying to find the right fit. He is literally so nice and again, he has best customer service ever! Also, everybody else at the store is extremely helpful and nice. P. S. I actually love it when I walk in and immediately have a staff member ask me what I’m looking for. It makes it some much easier when they know the size, color and fit that I want. My mom purchased some clothes at this store. She does not give out her phone number or email. She tells clerks this when she purchased the clothes. She went back to exchange some sizes and was told they could not exchange the clothes if she didn’t provide her phone number or email. She had the receipt and tags still on the clothes. She does not have to give out her personnel information. She asked for the manager and he said there were different levels of managers and that the manager wouldn’t be available until the following Monday. Ridiculous! Not acceptable. If someone doesn’t have want to provide their phone number or email you should still be able to return or exchange an item. She went down to Fashion Place mall and they had no issues exchanging the items and didn’t give her a hard time about not providing a phone number or email. Will not shop at Farmington Buckle. The store itself is nice however not one single employee talked to me or asked if they could help me. One girl asked if she could get me a dressing room but nothing else. I heard the employees asking other people how they were and if they needed help finding anything but no one said anything to me. I was on a mission to find jeans today. I went into the dressing room with 4 things, no one ever came over to see if how the clothes were fitting or if I needed a different size which I did. I hung the jeans over the top of the door to signal to the 4 girls standing at the register chatting with each other and not helping anyone at that particular moment and nothing. I was ready to spend over $250 on the clothing I found in your store today but walked out instead. Ive never experienced this at a buckle store. I will be going to a different location or buying online...
